i love this phone…it is easy to text..quite rapidly …even with my long “talons’…
Unfortunately…i am having an annoying problem with the phone and wondering if anyone else has had the same trouble. I have traded my phone now…3 times in the past week and a half!…Seems for some reason…this phone..when i am not texting…it will shut itself off…with no warnign and for apparent reason ..(like a dead battery)
in order to power it back up..I have to remove the back, take the battery out, wait a few seconds, replace the battery and the back. then push the end button…to power it up!..
Very frustrating..as i may be in the middle of a text conversation…put the phone down..walk away..only to return to find my phone is off. It will not register missed calls…but eventually when i get it powered up…the text messages will come through…but i have annoyed several people …who think..that i am ignoring their calls, communications..etc…
i have now givern up on thid phone ..but I really love the ease of operation…but I cant have a phone which turns off several times a day. Especially since i no longer have a land line at home….is it just me?..or has Anyone else had this problem…lol

the LG Vu is one of the best phones I have ever used and is definately worth the little i paid with a 2 year contract! the many pro’s about this phone include: the full touchscreen keyboard; large screen making it very easy to use; easy access to a lot of the features right from the home screen; and many more. Although, i would have to say that the phone gets really heated up when you talk on the phone for more than 30 minutes and, being extremely talkative, this does get quite annoying. Also, i don’t know if this is the phone of the service provider, but it cuts out messages from conversatins, this happens mostly if i am texting many people at one time, but it happens even if i am only texting someone and not even that frequently. Another really good thing about this phone is the defferent settings and themes that come already installed on the phone! there is one that puts a butterfly on the screen and u can touch to move it around! overall, this phone is really handy and definately worth trying out!
